Traci Reed Designs Creative Team | Off Theme Thursday With Wildflower Digital Collection

Hi friends and welcome back! Recently for the Traci Reed Designs blog I participated in Off Theme Thursday, which is a super fun opportunity to play with a digital kit in a different way than what it was designed! I chose to work with the stunning Wildflower collection, which has a decided spring theme. My page is about baking biscuits in the middle of winter, and I chose it because the alphabets in this kit reminded me of baked bread! As I mentioned, I really liked the alphabet in this collection, so I built the page around the title. I printed out the letters plus two photos to place above, and then stacked other embellishments underneath to finish out this side of the layout. I used Elle’s Studio puffy stickers to finish the title, and then just had a great time adding little bits and bobs!

For the right side, I did another trick I’ve been loving lately: using the travelers notebook signature as a half of the page layered on top of patterned paper. I’ve continued this beautiful plaid and then tucked little flowers to blend that seam. Before I printed the signature, I added just a few floral stamps, and those became a home base for the green butterfly!
