Clique Kits Creative Team | Pocket Page With Clique Chromatics Rainbow Sherbet Kit

Hi friends and welcome back! Today I am sharing a layout for the Clique Kits Creative Team, working in my 2023 album and documenting a little favorite corner in our home. I am using the Clique Chromatics Rainbow Sherbet kit and especially loving the color palette and cut apart sheet from BoBunny and 49 and Market. This layout started with the BoBunny cut apart sheet and one full patterned paper from 49 and Market. I wanted to do a full-page photo along with a 3×4 pocket page using some of that cut apart sheet. I decided to begin by cutting apart the patterned paper and having the main swashes of color be the background of this side of the layout. Then I used the cut apart sheet to create my embellishment clusters on top.

I also used some of the beautiful labels in the kit to create a stack for my journaling. This is one of the oldest tricks in the book and I still use it all the time! The other clusters I built with the words layered on top of another element and the butterfly on top of the orange circle. I brought in some of my Studio Calico stamps and added just the tiniest stamps in black, which help frame the clusters. I was a little bit shocked at the difference the little tiny stamps made to help those pop off the page!

The last little thing was something for the full page photo. I created this layout to house my story about finding a new home for this little side table. It belonged to my Mom and I am loving having it here, I’ve paused several times right here to notice how pretty it looks! I pulled in a simple tag with two words stapled to it, and stapled the string to the photo for the easiest little addition.
