Theresa Moxley | Traci Reed CT May ’22 Scrapbook Layouts

Hi friends, it’s Theresa here and today I wanted to share the creative team work I have been doing for Traci Reed Designs! I have been asked to be Guest Designer for May, June, and July, which is such an honor because Traci is such an incredible product designer and she inspires me so much! I came to appreciate Traci’s work way back in 2016 when she was on the Gossamer Blue team creating papers, stamps, and stickers for their monthly kit subscription. I still miss their kits! She has gone on to work with so many other amazing companies in our industry, and also is building her own empire over on her own site. Her May release was called Happy Day, which is just an incredible kit designed for celebrations, birthdays, and pretty much any happy day you can think of to document. Today I wanted to share the layouts I created with that collection, along with a process video for the traveler’s notebook layout you see above. Check it out below.

This layout is what I call an affirmation page, which is where I create a layout – either art journal or traveler’s notebook – with the intention of reminding me of what I need to hear at the time. Always positive, always reminding me of the good within myself. Sometimes I include a selfie, and in this layout I used a photo taken from our recent weekend trip to Atlantic Beach. The layout came together so quickly using only papers and stickers from the kit! I also added just a few tiny puffy hearts, my date stamp and the spring stamp on the left side.

This is the other layout I created with the Happy Day Digital Kit:

For a Ways To Work It Wednesday I created this layout using our theme of circles! I had so much fun filling in all these fun circles using up so many embellishments. I used the School Daze Digital Kit for this layout, which is perfect for documenting those Covid school days!

The last page I made for the TRD design team in May is this hybrid art journal layout. I do believe I am addicted to this style of art journaling, it was so fun to pull digital elements into Photoshop to create the background. I then printed out all the die cuts and my photo, then adhered it all together to make the page. Fantastic! The product for this page is called Time To Thrive Digital Kit. You will love this one if you are into documenting your self love journey!
