Theresa Moxley | Project Life 2022 Week 09 Ft IMP Shop February Releases!
Hi friends it’s Theresa here with a layout from my 2022 Project Life album using some of our February In My Pocket Shop releases! Love-themed kits are always my favorites, so I took the opportunity to create this layout all about our Valentines Day week this year. We had some fun stories and a great date night and I think you’ll enjoy the process for this page. For Project Life layouts I almost always begin with the title card, simply because you already know what’s going on it: the date, the week and/or month, a few embellishments, and done. This card always sets the tone for the page, and this card from Neffy Crafts Co Love You kit fits the bill! I added the simplest label that marks the week, and the dates following the shape of the heart. Another card from Love You is the triangle card, to which I’ve added the love word art and more journaling. The grid Love You card is from Paper Hum Co Loving You kit. This was a great spot to begin my journaling and started me off at a good place to tell these stories. The stories on this side were from photos of the weather, which was more ice and sleet, our excitement over an upcoming Nintendo release of Kirby, and our date night!
For my right hand side, I continued more photos from our date night across the bottom. We had a fantastic dinner at a local place called Milner’s. The food was so flavorful, dessert was amazing, my after dinner drink delicious, and of course the best part was the company of this guy. I’ve used two more cards from Neffy Crafts Co, the washi card and the grid card. The top card, pink floral with a cut out phrase, was from Paper Hum Co’s kit. I kept the embellishments really simple for this page, just pulling a few wooden pieces from my stash here and there. That made it so easy to pull this page together and finish up another week in 2022!
