October Daily 2021 | Days 20 Through 25 Recap
Hi friends and welcome back to my blog! I am so excited because Fall-oween is here! This week I have been diving head-long back into my 2021 October Daily and today I am sharing seven fantastic page ideas for you from Days 21 Through 25. I had stopped at Day 19 before, so there is plenty left to finish up. I do hope to complete this album this month and hope you will subscribe to the blog so you can stay updated! You can see all of the posts that have been published from this album so far here: Theresa Moxley 2021 October Daily.
Day 19 | Embellished Pockets with Photo Tags
Speaking of Day 19, I realized after I completed this page that it actually IS Day 20 (ha!) but we just rolling with it. For this page I used a fun pocket die from Elle’s Studio to make tag pockets. I had the best time adding the day number and funny friend puffy stickers so there is tons to look at here! The tags are cut from a Simple Stories cut-apart sheet. The photos each flip up to reveal different parts of the story. The story is all about our pantry renovation that we began during this month! This is a great way to present a longer story in smaller sections.
See the full process video for this page here.
Day 21 | Divide a full page photo with patterned paper
The story for this page is all about a spooky visitor, Nico the cat. He is our feral cat who basically pops in, eats, and leaves again for weeks. This is what I call an adjacent story, meaning adjacent to the pantry story. They happened at the same time but he definitely deserves his own page. I pulled the word art from the Traci Reed October Mood digital collection because it was perfect for Nico! Then I just had fun adding little embellishments here and there, some journal strips at the bottom, and the number 21 (also from October Mood).
Day 22 | Photo Collage With Tip Out For Journaling
Alternate Idea: Have each photo flip up to reveal individual journaling about each movie, or a story about what each movie means to you and your family members!
This page was so super simple to pull together! One thing I love to do throughout the month of October is simply gather screenshots of movies we’ve been watching. During this time we also discovered Studio Ghibli movies and so I wanted to be sure to include this story in this album. The collage from Studio Ghibli was found online, but the other movies I pulled into Photoshop and created the mirror image. I also marked the space for my journaling to create the little tip-out so you can read the story behind the images. The number is a physical plastic piece from Studio Calico, and the digital elements are all from the Ali Edwards 2018 October SBTM kit.

Days 23 and 24 | Create fun Flip Ups Using Digital Elements
Alternate Idea: Print the Spider Web larger and use it as the page base, punch the straight edge and fold it out to reveal a larger photo!
For this page I wanted to document some of my favorite decor around our home, so I grabbed the spider webs from Traci Reed’s October Mood collection and turned them into flip-ups. I think I did it all in Silhouette, just by bringing the web into Silhouette, setting the size I wanted, and then printing. I also mirrored the webs, and then paired them up to clip the photos to. I adhered everything together with my adhesive runner, and then added all these fun embellishments around the page. The puffy stickers are from Crate Paper, and sequins are from the Target Dollar Spot. The day numbers are plastic pieces from Elle’s Studio.

Day 25 | Make a Spooky Boo Banner With Paper Ghosts!!
This layout was so much fun to create with the Crate Paper Hey Pumpkin paper ghosts! I’ve had these for so long and this is the perfect layout to use them. My story is all about Asher, who you formerly knew as Emberlynn. She was hanging out with us in the kitchen when I grabbed this cute snap. I incorporated some banner tags from Pebbles Spooky Boo and cut Asher’s photo in that same shape and then strung them all on white twine. I’ve added just a few fun embellishments and stickers from my stash, along with a journal spot, and of course the number 25. Super fun and easy to do!

Aren’t these pages a ton of spooky fun? Thanks so much for joining me today. See you again soon!
