Hello friends! Today is the day we share the upcoming prompt for Light The Path! On the 10th of each month we share previews of the digital collection, we reveal the Featured Designer for the month, and we also chat a little bit about what this month’s prompt is all about. Light The Path is a creative journaling project designed to help you document a year of healing. If you’d like to learn more about what this project is, check out this link: Light The Path Creative Project.
For us in the southern part of the US, fall has officially arrived. The air is a bit cooler, leaves are turning, and sweaters are showing up. It always feels a bit of a relief to me, to move past the summer heat! I also love the warmth of fall colors, the coziness of the fireplace, the way the light catches in our photographs. This October promises to bring more awareness on our journey of healing. We will be focusing on Then & Now in our workshop this month, by connecting more deeply with who we were in the past at our deepest core. So much happened that caused us to step away from our core truths, that caused us to be unsure of who we are, and we are working towards re-establishing that connection.
Neftali Zambrano of All The Neffyness is our Featured Designer this month! It is an absolute delight to work with her on these gorgeous collections. She is as bright as the sunshine and carries so much creativity in her whole being! Opening this digital kit was like opening a warm hug and I know you will be inspired to document your beautiful journey along with us. She has introduced a very fall-inspired color palette, with beautiful pumpkin shades of brown, orange, and deep coral. You will find some of our favorite icons: stars, leaves, wreaths. All of these are symbols of growth, passing of time, into who we are moving forward.
Healing our hearts from past wounds is full of change. I was talking with a friend the other day who mentioned how they really did not know how to be different, if they let go of their pain. That the pain had always been with them, and so how do you even begin to envision a new life? I am not sure I have the answers for everyone, but I do know that we are all free to try new things, to try new beliefs, try new ways of being, while remaining committed to our own needs. This was such an empowering thought, that we don’t have to have all the answers but we can at least try. Light The Path is a great resource for you in that journey!
So let’s throw a bit of confetti, and get ready for this month’s prompt all about connecting with who we are at our deepest core. You deserve to know and experience all the best parts of yourself. Join us! You can sign up through the link below any time. Welcome to a new year in your healing journey!
