Bermuda Layout No. 03 | Introduction Pages

Hi guys! Today I am sharing my Introduction pages in my Bermuda Honeymoon album! I chose the pineapple vellum from an older Pink Paislee Citrus Bliss collection on top of the first 9×12 pocket page. The pockets were filled with Studio Calico Documenter kit goodies and embellished with Freckled Fawn!

As I am diving into this album and working with these photos, I am realizing just how chock-a-block full of inspiration Bermuda truly is. Obviously the island is just stunning and natural, so many colors and textures and views! And these photos are just the muse I’ve needed.

Of course you know I had to use some vellum and I have been saving this pineapple vellum for ever!!! I opened Procreate on my iPad and wrote Bermuda in my handwriting, then brought it into Silhouette and cut it out. Love it!

Then for the first pocket page I used one simple flower photo and the rest filler cards. All these cards are from the Studio Calico Documenter kit from February, and then I added a few very tiny embellishments from Freckled Fawn. The black and white washi tape is Crate Paper, and the die cut floral is Pink Paislee Moonstruck. 

I am keeping everything very light and airy in this album. I really want the photos to shine, and all the embellishments and journal cards play supporting roles.
