Hello Lovelies! Welcome back to Art Journal With Me, a series that I share with you all on Wednesdays. Today I am sharing a flip thru video of my Art Journal Volume 04, so be sure to check out that video. I decided this would be a good time to finish this journal and begin a new one, mainly because a new journal arrived in the mail! I still have a few unfinished pages if I ever want to come back to it, because I really have loved working in this size. One of my favorite things about this journal has been how upbeat and light and airy all of the layouts have been. It has been great using up products I have had on my desk, and I have loved keeping the process simple.
I thought I would also include each layout on this blog post as well, so be sure to save this post and you can also Pin this post to keep as inspiration for your own art journaling!
This layout featured patterned papers from Crate Paper and a fun stencil from Martha Stewart. You can see more of this process in this blog post: Larkindesign Art Journal Volume 04 | Everything You Need.
This layout was all Elle’s Studio, inspired by those amazing turquoise alphabets and the rainbow puffy stickers! You can see this layout on the blog post here: Art Journal Layout | Love Yourself First.
This one was a play on color and texture, with a great painted background and then elements that pulled in lots of color. I was inspired by the little die cut sofa and chair from the Pinkfresh Studio collection. You can see more on this layout here: Light The Path Art Journal Volume 04 | The Path Of Healing ft Pinkfresh Studio.
Up next was this beautiful purple layout, inspired by the layered floral from Felicity Jane. Check out the blog post for this one here: Light The Path Art Journal Volume 04 | The Light Within.
The Studio Calico kit inspired me for this layout, and I just had to use some of these colorful butterflies. See this page on the blog here: Larkindesign Art Journal Volume 04 Layout 05 | Under Construction.
Another layout inspired by Pinkfresh Studio, this time featuring these adorable fabric bows. The blog post for this layout is here: Larkindesign Art Journal Volume 04 Layout 06 | This Is My Favorite Story.
This one just came together by painting leaves and adding floral clusters, so simple and pretty. See the blog post for this one here: Light The Path Art Journal Volume 04 Layout 07 | Embracing My Story.
This one was inspired by simple rub-ons that I had on my desk, and I built it around those clusters. You can see more on that one here: Larkindesign Art Journal Volume 04 | Your Beautiful Self.
Thank you so much for following along! These layouts have been so helpful to me in staying calm and grounded, and I hope they will inspire you to create as well! See you again soon!
