Project Life 2016 | Easter Layout Using Gossamer Blue April Kits!!!

Hi guys, today’s layout is a layout I created to document our Easter with our kiddos. My video today features a voice-over so my blog post will be a bit more brief. Have a look at the process:

I detailed my process in my voice over on the video, so I’m just going to show a couple of close-ups on this layout for you to see how the embellishments look on the layout.

I am in love with those pink acrylic hearts that came in the Gossamer Blue kit this month. They provided just the right tiniest embellishment!

These layouts come together so easily, both within the App and then layering on top. I can’t say enough how much I love this process!

I am in love with this elephant. That is all I have to say about that! He is in the ephemera pack from Jen Hadfield’s Everyday collection, which by the way, is to die for. Every piece of it.

Lots of circles and gold in this kit, so it was easy to bring this layout all together.

I love capturing these moments of our kids around the dining table. These are the every day moments that, when remembered all together, become the very fabric of each of us. I encourage you, if you don’t like to photograph different rooms in your home, change that. Our rooms don’t have to be perfect, but they can be rooms that we are proud to share in photographs. I am a firm believer that our environments are our backdrops and if we love them, we will want to take these photos.
