12×12 Layout Using Felicity Jane Kate | Not So Daily Routine
Hi guys! Today I am sharing a layout I created using my Felicity Jane kit from July called Kate. This is a mixed media layout using all the good things: gesso, paint splatters, fibers, and all the pretty things from the kit.
Ah the Kate kit is simply exquisite! I had these cute selfies that I took a few weeks ago in the car (my husband was driving, everyone was safe!) and I decided to create a layout about how I don’t really wear make-up that often, even though I do love it.

I cut and layered the patterned papers underneath my photos. There was a great space to the right of the photos for my title, and of course I had to use the glitter alphabet along with the daily die cut!

My journaling is at the top of the page, underneath the tab I created using some of the sheer ribbon (not included in the kit), plus a word strip and a few hearts.

I love Kate and love the emphasis on her eyes, so of course she has a place on my layout as well! She is on the left hand side along with some stamping and puffy hearts.

The doily, sheer ribbon, and pink fabric strips were the only things I used not included in the kit. The fabric is a strip I tore from a fat quarter and then sewed the pleats into. The ribbon and doily are probably from Michael’s or AC Moore.

Thanks for joining me today! How are you using your Felicity Jane kits? I would love to see!
