Bermuda Project Introduction!!!!
Hi guys, today I am beginning an entire new series and I cannot wait to share it with you!!!!! Alan and I went to Bermuda on our honeymoon four years ago, and it is time for me to get those photos scrapped!!!! So grab your tickets and let’s go!
When Alan and I got married in 2012, we decided directly after the wedding to head off to Bermuda for a couple of days. These are our stories from that trip.
I chose the Jasmine Jones 9×12 album from Studio Calico to house this project. The amazing florals speak tropics to me, and the size is perfect for the 150-199 photos I plan to include.
I added a few charms to the side, much like planners add to their books!
My plan is to use several different types of page protectors. The album itself came with a variety of protectors, including this standard 4×6 shown above. This is my introduction page in its planning stages, using some cards from the February Documenter kit Confidant.
Because I have some vertical photos, I am also including these page protectors that have been cut down from 12×12. They measure 8×12, and this adds some visual interest as you turn pages in the album!
I also cut down a few Becky Higgins 12×12 Design A page protectors and sealed the edges on the sides. Mainly I did this because I was worried I would not have enough of the Studio Calico protectors, and also again to have some variety!
I am also looking forward to including some full 9×12 layouts as well, so have included those protectors as well. The photos I plan to use for those layouts are already in place and ready to go!
Thanks so much for joining me on this awesome journey! See you again soon!
