Bermuda Honeymoon Album | A Layout Using Maps!
Hello Lovelies, today I am sharing a layout from our Bermuda Honeymoon Album! This layout incorporates a map from the island to help tell the story. I have also used products from Crate Paper Here & There, Wild Heart, and My Minds Eye Wander. Here is the completed layout.
Maps are the perfect ephemera to incorporate into your travel albums, and pocket pages make it so easy! I recommend as you travel, pick up several copies of the maps you use, so you can cut them up and use different portions of them in your pages. For this layout I have used half of the Bermuda map. This map helps tell the story of where we were on the island when we discovered this beautiful beach. I cut the map up to fit into the pockets and added a very simple title. The title doesn’t obscure the map since it is a simple font.
I am continuing to document our day spent at Horseshoe Bay in this album. No lie, this was a favorite spot on the island for us! So my photos are different shots I was able to capture while exploring this beach. So many amazing rocks, contrasting against the blue sky and sea!
The right now stamp is from rukristin shop and is a must-have. I have used a ton of Crate Paper in my recent layouts – mostly Wild Heart, Oasis, and Here and There. They have been releasing some amazing travel collections lately, and I am here for it! The Say Cheese card is from My Mind’s Eye Wander collection.
