Project Life 2017 Week 18 | ft. The Lilypad MPM July Kit Snapshots!!
Hi guys! In this video I am sharing my digital process in Photoshop CC for creating my 2017 Project Life layout for Week 18.
This is the hybrid portion of my 2017 Project Life Week 18 layout, where I embellish the printed layout!
Let’s take a look at the layout overall. Since it seemed like I was light on photos this week I used some templates that were designed for 6×8 and enlarged them to 9×12. The remaining margins were left white with two embellishment clusters.
I began with the date card, using the rubber word from the Studio Calico May Documenter kit. I layered the numbers onto a label and added the purple puffy heart and happy emoji.
One of the embellishment clusters lives on the lower left hand side, next to the photo. The camera is from the MPM kit and the vellum heart + acrylic star are Elle’s Studio.
Our stories this week included flowers from my lovely husband, an awesome date night, another Sunday afternoon playing Dungeons & Dragons, and my totally cute purse! Just the usual, but always fun to document.
On the right hand side I repeated another embellishment cluster, this time with a vellum star and acrylic heart. I also used my favorite washi tape as journal lines trick on this layout. I chose mint green and navy to repeat colors in the kit.
