Self Love Mini Album Ft Felicity Jane

Hello friends and Happy Month of Love! Theresa here with the most adorable tiny tag album to share with you, using Felicity Jane kits and stash. I think it’s important to practice self love, and to document that in our memory keeping. That is why I created this little tag album, and I hope you’ll be inspired to make a little something for yourself this season too! If you’d like to see other projects I have created in the past for Valentine’s Day, check out this link: Mini Albums. I have a short walk through video, have a peek!

There is no doubt that I love organizing my stash, and one of the reasons I love organizing so much is because somewhere along the way I will discover a layout idea from the products I’m organizing. The other day I was putting away some of my Felicity Jane stash and found these tiny tags. I thought they would make the cutest tiny tag album, so that’s exactly what I did. It was so super easy too, just adding a few embellishments here and there and tie it all together with a paper clip. The first tiny tag is a vellum sequin pocket that I sewed by hand and sealed with a bit of washi tape. Rainbow washi, of course. The paper clip is embellished with the black and white bow, and notice the tiny charm as well on there!

The vellum pocket was super easy to make, I just cut a strip of vellum and folded it into three sections – on for the front, one for the back, and the top flap. Then I ran it through the sewing machine with simple grey thread. Underneath the sequin pocket is a really simple rainbow tag. I didn’t do a thing to it!

Next is this little folded tag. It came like this, with the tiniest holes punched in the top! I added the corduroy heart to it along with the Memories word strip. I’ve been wanting to use some of those hearts! They are stapled into place with my tiny attacher and done.

The next tag has the black and white dotted tag as its base. I added a tiny floral and label, then stamped a sentiment onto the label. I also added the tiny heart puffy sticker, and the stapled sequins repeated from the sequin pocket in the front. The little floral hangs off just a bit, peeking through when the album is closed.

Next up is more rainbows, this time layered onto the yellow gingham tag. This one is such a cute little punch of color! I stamped the rainbow using three different ink colors and then stamped the word sentiment at the bottom. It still needed a little something, and the yellow bow puffy sticker was perfect!

Last up is this little black and white gingham tag. For a punch of color, I layered the red vellum heart on top, and then embellished it with the Happy puffy sticker and a few enamel dots. I think I have successfully incorporated most types of embellishments, but if I missed something let me know!

This was so much fun to create, just for the heck of it! I love how tiny and adorable it is. I’m not sure what I will do with it, but I do have some ideas if you were to make one yourself. You could add some of your favorite selfies to it, document some ways you practice self love and self care this month, or you could break it apart and create the most darling layout with it! I hope you have fun creating something like this! See you again soon.
