Project Life 2016 Week 24 | Gossamer Blue August 2016 Kits!
Hi guys! So this week I plan to mix it up a bit from the normal production schedule. I am releasing two videos this week, both from the same week in my Project Life album, but two different types of layouts. Have a look at today’s process video:
Here is the video as I created it in the Project Life app, using the P52 journal cards in the app:

Here is the layout completed, using the products in the Gossamer Blue Main and Life Pages kits from August 2016:

This week was about my flowers growing in our yard, and our kids! Two of our kids were preparing to go to Florida to spend some wonderful summer time with their grandparents. So on this layout the photo on the top right hand corner is about the last day those two were here. Our kids all organized an all-day game day! They wanted to get all their game time in before the two left.

This photo of the notebook paper is how they made their plans so they could play all the games they wanted to play together, and they even voted. So very democratic of them!

There were two filler cards on this layout, and this one I used for a bit of a summary about the week. Notice how cute the word strips are layered on top of the patterned paper strips!

I included a few photos from the yard this week. You will see quite a few photos from my yard this summer in this album! I am enjoying watering them almost every night and watching them fill in so happily!

This filler card was so much fun to create. I simply stacked a few of my favorite stickers from the Outfitters collection (Pink Paislee). The puffy camera is just awesome!

The date card here also came together pretty happily! I had to use the cursive words from Simple Stories and I had to use those gold alphas from Pink Paislee. Oh my word I am in love with those alphas!

One more look at this fun layout:
The second layout from this week will be a two-page, multi-photo layout done as a traditional scrapbook layout. I will release that on Thursday! See you then!

Love that idea of starting your page in the PL app, printing then adding some embellishments. Thanks for sharing.
